Senior Video Editor – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

We are seeking a high-quality, fast-paced Senior Video Editor who can deliver premium content under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is extremely efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in producing cinematic, engaging videos for social media, ads, and government-level projects. Motion graphics knowledge and AI editing tools are a strong plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Speed, High-Quality Video Editing

  • Edit videos quickly without compromising quality — fast turnaround is essential.
  • Deliver polished, cinematic edits for campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
  • Assemble raw footage into compelling narratives with clean pacing, strong rhythm, and visual clarity.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with consistent speed and accuracy.

Creative Storytelling & Fast Execution

  • Understand briefs quickly and translate them into high-quality edits.
  • Craft dynamic content that drives engagement (especially Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Suggest creative improvements and enhancements that elevate the final product.

Motion Graphics

  • Apply motion elements such as titles, transitions, and simple animations.
  • Work with designers on advanced motion graphics when needed.

AI Tools & Efficiency

  • Use AI platforms (Runway, Veo, Nano-Banana, Adobe AI, Topaz AI) to speed up workflow.
  • Apply AI for rotoscoping, cleanup, upscaling, and creative effects.
  • Stay updated on new AI tools that improve turnaround time.

Quality Control Under Pressure

  • Ensure every export meets high-quality standards (color, audio, storytelling).
  • Maintain organized timelines, proxies, assets, and file structures.
  • Deliver clean versions, social media formats, and fast revisions.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with videographers, content creators, and creative directors.
  • Communicate clearly and manage expectations regarding delivery timelines.
  • Support content shoots by suggesting angles, transitions, and better workflow approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro + strong After Effects knowledge.
  • Fast worker with proven ability to hit tight deadlines consistently.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, sound design, and storytelling.
  • Experience with vertical social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • A portfolio demonstrating both speed and quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-enhanced editing tools.
  • Familiarity with government or corporate content (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Ability to color grade, mix audio, and finish projects independently.
