PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • The Motion Graphic Designer is tasked with creating engaging graphics and communications for different mediums. The Motion Graphic designer will be 

passionate about visual storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and is proficient in creating captivating animations and motion graphics.
- Primarily responsible for the artwork and applying designs across a range of mediums, so an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and faultlessly are both essential. The graphic designer will be directly involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish, working with the rest of the team to develop ideas and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing tasks and workload using Slack, Monday and CRM tools is crucial, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once, takes ownership of the work and delivers end results that surpass the initial brief.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
  • Create visual text and imagery concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and deliver results.
  • Develop the overall layout and design for social media ads/reels, presentations, brochures, and corporate reports.
  • Create and design displays, logos, imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts and website graphics.
  • Amends designs and visual creations after feedback from concerned stakeholders.
  • Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the copywriters to ensure proper visualization of communications is required.
  • Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, infographics, to simplify complex ideas.
  • Responsible for Testing graphics across various media before final execution.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within areas of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and design motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, explainer animations, social media content, and more.
  • Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished, professional-quality videos.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
