Ghazzali Real Estate is expanding We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about property sales and ready to take your career to the next level, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with assigned leads to ensure consistent sales conversions
  • Manage the end-to-end closing process to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Maintain ongoing communication to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Provide expert property advice and deliver exceptional client service
  • Stay updated on all current and upcoming real estate projects in Dubai
  • Network to generate new sales opportunities across the Dubai market

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct real estate sales within Dubai
  • Minimum 2+ year of successful property transactions
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market (Off Plan), locations, developers, and project offerings
  • Self motivated
  • Demonstrated history of property closings
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Must be currently in Dubai and able to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
