Role Summary

The Holiday Homes Operations Officer is responsible for supporting and coordinating the daily operations of multiple holiday home units. This role ensures high-quality property standards, smooth workflows, and an excellent guest experience while assisting the operations team in all aspects of property management.

Property Responsibility:

  • Oversee and support daily operations of assigned holiday home properties.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
  • Perform thorough checkout inspections immediately after guest departure.
  • Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure all properties meet required cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards
  • Assist with onboarding new units, including setup, staging, and implementation of operating procedures.

Guest Relations and Support:

  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with building management for access, security, and compliance with community rules.
  • Support the team by responding promptly to guest inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and booking platforms.
  • Support the process of registering guest details in the DTCM Holiday Homes system in compliance with Dubai Tourism regulations.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction and positive reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in hospitality, front office, or holiday home operations (Dubai experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai areas, attractions, and tourism services.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and booking platforms.
  • Driving licence and own car is required for this role.
