Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Dubai and Northern Emirates authorities to secure project-related NOCs and approvals.
  • Attend design coordination and kick-off meetings to support NOC-related processes.
  • Track submission progress, follow up on approvals, and maintain accurate logs of NOC documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure NOC requirements are met without delays.
  • Review technical drawings and documents to verify compliance with authority regulations.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in the approval process and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports summarizing NOC activities and issues.
  • Communicate regularly with project management teams to align schedules and mitigate risks related to permit delays.
  • Support project teams during design revisions, authority correspondence, and NOC renewal processes.
  • Represent Parsons in meetings with authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking a qualified NOC Coordinator (UAE National) to join its infrastructure project team in Dubai. The selected candidate will coordinate with government entities, service authorities, and project stakeholders to secure necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and approvals for infrastructure and utility projects across the UAE.

Ideal Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 5 10 years of relevant experience in NOC coordination for infrastructure, utilities, or transportation projects.
  • Proven experience in dealing with Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and other local authorities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE NOC systems, application portals, and submission workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Valid UAE driving license with access to a vehicle for site and authority visits.
