About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Creative Designer
to take a leadership role within our creative team.

This role is ideal for a senior creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, and who can confidently own projects from idea to delivery. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, delivering high-quality creative outputs that support business growth while maintaining strong brand consistency.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, lead creative ideation sessions, and help elevate creative standards across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualisation, design, and execution of creative projects across
    digital, print, and multimedia channels
  • Develop and present
    storyboards, moodboards, and creative concepts
    , clearly articulating design rationale
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and creative presentations to inspire collaboration and innovation
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining alignment with established brand guidelines
  • Work closely with
    motion designers
    , providing clear direction to ensure cohesive visual and animated outputs
  • Manage relationships with
    external creative agencies
    , ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Take full ownership of projects, managing timelines, briefs, and deliverables end-to-end
  • Stay up to date with creative, design, and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in
    conceptualisation, storyboarding, and moodboarding
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Express, Synthesia, and presentation tools
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence pitching ideas to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    financial services or fintech
  • Knowledge of
    motion graphics or video editing tools
    (e.g. After Effects)
  • Exposure to
    3D design tools
    such as Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Experience working on
    global brands
    with localised market needs
