We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the complexities of establishing their companies in the UAE, offering expert guidance and support through every step of the setup process. Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions for company formation in the UAE.
- Guide clients through the legal and regulatory requirements for setting up a business in the UAE.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for business licenses and permits.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after incorporation, including assistance with residency visas, bank account setup, and office space arrangements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the best advice and service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the setup process for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
