The Tiler is responsible for preparing, cutting, and installing tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications. This role ensures precision, durability, and high-quality finishes in residential and commercial projects. The tiler must work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mark surfaces to plan tile layout and pattern.

Prepare work areas by cleaning, levelling, and applying appropriate adhesives or screeds.

Cut tiles to fit corners, edges, and irregular spaces using hand and power tools.

Install tiles on floors, walls, stairs, and other surfaces according to project specifications.

Apply grout and finishing materials, ensuring smooth, clean joints and polished results.

Remove and replace damaged or old tiles when required.

Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times.

Communicate progress and any site issues to the supervisor promptly.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, serviceable condition.

Ensure high-quality workmanship and meet company productivity targets.
