The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's recreational facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and wellness areas. This role ensures that guests experience a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment while supervising recreation staff and coordinating programs, activities, and service delivery in line with the brand's luxury standards.

• Supervise all recreation areas including the pool, gym, spa lounge, and wellness zones, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Oversee the scheduling, grooming, and performance of recreation team members including lifeguards, attendants, and instructors.

• Greet guests and provide information on facilities, wellness services, fitness programs, and activity schedules.

• Monitor guest usage of recreational areas and enforce health and safety regulations at all times.

• Coordinate and promote wellness activities such as yoga, aqua fitness, or kids' entertainment sessions in line with guest interests.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance issues promptly.

• Ensure staff adherence to SOPs and training in emergency response procedures including CPR and first aid.

• Support inventory control for recreation supplies and coordinate with procurement when necessary.

• Assist the Recreation Manager in administrative tasks, reports, team evaluations, and service improvement planning.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within recreation, wellness, or leisure operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.

• Diploma or certification in hospitality, fitness, sports science, or a related field.

• Lifeguard or first aid certification is mandatory; CPR certification is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with a guest-focused and safety-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage time effectively, and maintain service standards under pressure.

• Familiarity with fitness equipment, safety protocols, and wellness programming.
