Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience (India or Middle East) who is willing to support both site/engineering activities and sales functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career that combines technical expertise with client interaction and commercial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Duties

  • Assist in site execution, supervision, and coordination of civil works
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and basic cost estimates
  • Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with technical inputs and proposals
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required
  • Assist in preparation of technical offers, method statements, and pricing
  • Help in understanding client requirements and scope of work
  • Coordinate between engineering, sales, and procurement teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in India or the Middle East is acceptable
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
  • Willingness to assist in sales and client-facing activities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to estimation, costing, or tendering
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and contracts
  • Strong learning attitude and commercial awareness
