Our client is an emerging UAE real estate developer with an ambitious pipeline across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Over the past 12 months, the company has secured several prime plots and assets and is now entering a major growth phase, with significant developments planned over the next 24 months. Their goal is to establish themselves as a recognised and influential player within the UAE real estate landscape.

To lead this next stage, we are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with proven experience operating at CEO level within a real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development.
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle—from land strategy and concept design through delivery, sales, operations, and handover.
  • Oversee hospitality components, including operator selection, brand positioning, and commercial performance.
  • Build and scale high-performing teams across development, delivery, commercial, hospitality operations, finance, and sales.
  • Strengthen organisational structure, governance, and systems to support rapid expansion.
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability, and long-term value creation across all asset classes.
  • Represent the company at board level and foster strong relationships with authorities, consultants, contractors, and investors.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven experience as a CEO within a real estate development company (UAE or wider GCC).
  • Strong background leading residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
  • Deep understanding of UAE development regulations, planning authorities, and delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and professionalise a growing development organisation.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and strategic leadership skills.
  • Experienced engaging with shareholders, investors, and hospitality operators.
