About the role
We are looking for a
strategic Senior Merchandiser
to lead the visual and commercial execution of our fast-growing
Outdoor Living and Lighting
categories. In this role, you'll develop seasonal and year-round merchandising plans, working closely with Product Development and the Purchasing team to ensure new ranges are launched effectively and existing collections stay fresh and relevant. You'll support the retail team by maintaining accurate signage and pricing, monitor inventory levels in coordination with logistics, and conduct competitor showroom visits to stay ahead of trends. You will collect and analyse sales data from displays, incorporating the insights into the merchandising plan to continuously refine and enhance the merchandising strategy.
By aligning product presentation with customer preferences and market insights, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the in-store experience and boosting sales performance.
About You
You bring 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, ideally within Outdoor Living, Home, or Lighting. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and understand the full retail cycle, from planning and display to inventory and execution. You enjoy cross-functional collaboration, particularly with PD, Purchasing, and Retail teams, and have the confidence to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in merchandising software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office, you combine creative flair with commercial awareness. You have the Ability to lift and move products as needed and travel to store locations. If you're a strong communicator, curious about market trends, and motivated by tangible results, we'd love to hear from you.
