About the role:
Help Desk Operator typically works with Help Desk Supervisor to Maintain the HD system of Residents Check In, Check Out activities and other Help Desk activities in day to day.
Help Desk shall ensure the proper Check In, check out & Help Desk activities and maintain good relationship with clients.
Responsibility:
- Daily monitoring of Check In - Check Out activities.
- Ensuring of proper documentations in Reception & Help desk.
- Coordinate & follow up the complaints rectifications (Internal & External).
- Accurate data recording in CAFM system.
- Prepare Daily occupancy & Food Summery Report.
- Communicate with Housekeeping head for room & living needs arrangements for new tenants.
- Segregate the customer complaints received in Help Desk and communicate with each department heads and Help Desk Supervisor.
- Ensure the closing of customer complaints on time frame, if not, communicate with HD Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the personal hygiene, personal grooming and dress code while on duty.
- Files all correspondence.
