- Design Development:

  • Create innovative and functional interior designs for commercial spaces, including retail stores, offices, restaurants, and showrooms.

  • Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, and layouts aligned with client requirements and project goals.

  • Develop detailed design presentations, including 3D renderings, mood boards, and material samples,and sktech drawings

- Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes.

- Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.

  • Present design concepts and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for execution.

  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

- Experience:

  • Proven experience in interior design, particularly in commercial projects (minimum of 2-3years preferred).

- Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • UAE driving license (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Starting from AED 4,000 (negotiable based on experience).
