Social Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Full-Time | Real Estate Industry

About the Role

Fakhruddin Properties is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Executive for our brand's presence across all social channels. This role is central to building our community, driving brand awareness, and generating qualified leads through engaging and sophisticated social media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's premium positioning and our "Treppan Living" philosophy.

This role reports directly to the Creative Content Lead and will work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  2. Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy for all platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

  3. Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Plan and schedule a dynamic content calendar that aligns with key business objectives and property launches.

  5. Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.

  6. Content & Creative Oversight

  7. Supervise internal and outsourced content production, including video, photography, and graphics, to ensure high quality and brand alignment.

  8. Provide creative direction and feedback to the design and video editing teams.

  9. Identify and implement innovative social media trends and features to increase engagement and reach.

  10. Analytics & Reporting

  11. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media channels, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.(Performance Team)

  12. Create and present weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.(Performance Team)
  13. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, track competitor activities, and identify market opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in a social media management role, with a proven track record of growing accounts and driving business results.
  • Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience within real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
