Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Dubai. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for designing creative, engaging, and on-brand content for various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content calendars, writing and editing social media posts, and actively engaging with online audiences to build community. Additionally, the role will focus on analyzing metrics to optimize content performance and collaborating with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including, Photography, Graphic Design, and Video Production.
  • Developing a comprehensive content calendar, aligning content with business goals, and ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and tools for scheduling and analytics.
  • Excellent Writing, Editing, and Proofreading skills relevant to caption creation, blog content, and digital copywriting, handle WordPress updates, and prepare email campaign.
  • Conducting keyword research, optimizing content for search engines, and selecting effective hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and engagement growth strategies.
  • Understanding of Social Media Analytics and the ability to use data for strategy optimization.
  • Monitoring analytics and metrics to assess content performance, deriving insights, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of brand management and ability to create consistent, on-brand content.
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Residency, Citizenship by Investment, or real estate industry is a plus.
