The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing financial insight, risk management, and investment guidance to support Rider Arabia's continued expansion within the luxury mobility and hospitality sectors.Key Responsibili
ties:

Lead the financial pl
anning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation across all business divisions.
• Advise senior managem
ent on financial strategy, capital structuring, and sustainable business growth opportunities.
• Oversee financial rep
orting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with UAE financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Monitor key financial
metrics related to profitability, fleet investments, and cost efficiency to support executive decision-making.
• Develop robust financ
ial models and feasibility studies for new partnerships, event operations (e.g., Formula 1, premium tourism), and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage risk assessmen
t, liquidity, and cash flow optimization to ensure operational resilience.
• Collaborate with inte
rnal stakeholders to align financial goals with corporate objectives and brand strategy.
• Liaise with auditors,
banks, and external financial institutions to maintain sound financial operations and compliance.Qualifications &
Experie
nce:
• Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
• 8–12 years of progres
sive experience in financial management or advisory roles, ideally within the transportation, hospitality, or luxury services industries.
• Proven track record i
n financial planning, strategic advisory, and corporate finance leadership.

• Demonstrated ability
