Position overview
The Security Guard is responsible for safeguarding Al Haramain Perfumes' retail outlets, warehouses, offices, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment in line with company policies and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, contractors, and visitors; verify IDs and maintain visitor logbook.
- Conduct regular patrols of showroom, office, warehouse, parking and surrounding areas to deter theft, pilferage, and vandalism.
- Ensure doors, display cabinets, safes, windows and loading bays are properly locked and secured at all times.
- Operate and monitor CCTV, alarm panels, access control and other security systems; immediately report any malfunction.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, fire or medical incidents and coordinate with police, civil defense or ambulance as required.
- Maintain order during busy periods, special promotions and events, ensuring crowd control and protection of high‑value perfume merchandise.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods at warehouse/shops as per gate pass or delivery notes to prevent unauthorized removal of stock.
- Prepare clear incident and observation reports, daily security log, and handover notes for the next shift.
- Enforce company security, health and safety rules (no smoking in restricted areas, safe handling of flammable perfume materials, etc.).
- Assist customers and visitors politely with directions and basic information while maintaining professional decorum.
Candidate requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience as Security Guard, preferably in retail, mall, warehouse, or FMCG/perfume industry in GCC.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, access control, emergency response and incident reporting.
- Physically fit, able to stand and patrol for long hours and work in shifts (day/night, weekends, holidays).
- Clean record, trustworthy and disciplined; able to handle confidential information.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is an advantage for dealing with diverse customers and staff.

Work conditions
- Location: Al Haramain Perfumes retail stores / offices / warehouses (as assigned by management).
- Working hours: Shift based, 6 days a week as per UAE labor law and company policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
