We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who understands real estate lead handling, can communicate clearly with clients, and consistently convert calls into qualified site visits and appointments.
This role is strictly for candidates with prior telesales or telecalling experience. Freshers need not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Clearly explain:
- Property details
- Pricing
- Payment plans
- Offers & project highlights
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate daily call logs and CRM updates
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and lead targets
- Coordinate closely with sales consultants to support deal closures
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply If Missing)
- 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales
- Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident, persuasive, and clear speaking ability
- Comfortable handling objections and call rejections
- Working knowledge of:
- CRM systems
- WhatsApp Business
- Basic Excel
- Email communication
- Currently based in Dubai or available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred
- Graduate
- Experience working with real estate brokers or developers
- Exposure to high-volume lead calling environments
