About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior IT Security Engineer
with deep hands-on experience in
BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM)
to strengthen our cybersecurity posture across mission-critical banking environments.

This role requires an expert who can manage, optimize, and enhance PAM capabilities—ensuring robust protection of privileged accounts, credentials, and access governance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    BeyondTrust PAM (BTPAM)
    platform operations, integrations, and enhancements
  • Hands-on administration of
    Password Safe
    , including
    Smart Rules configuration
  • Implement and manage
    AD Bridging
    across diverse systems
  • Oversee
    PMUL (Privilege Management for Unix/Linux)
    deployment, policies, and governance
  • Monitor and troubleshoot PAM infrastructure performance and security issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and enforce privileged-access security standards
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and security hardening initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise for privileged access best practices and zero-trust controls


Required Skills & Experience


5+ years hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM (BTPAM)

Expertise in
Password Safe
– Smart Rules, rotations, workflows

Strong knowledge of
AD Bridging
and authentication integrations

Solid experience with
PMUL (Privilege Management for Unix/Linux)

Strong understanding of privileged access security principles

Ability to work in banking, payments, or regulated environments
