Junior Architect

. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Junior Architect with Theming experience to support the design and development of entertainment, leisure, and hospitality projects across our portfolio. The successful candidate will assist in delivering creative and technically sound architectural and theming solutions aligned with the brand's vision and project standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the design and documentation of themed environments, attractions, and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project teams to develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications related to themed architectural elements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input during concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
• Assist in site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Stay updated on new materials, finishes, and technologies relevant to themed architecture and entertainment design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related design discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or themed design projects, including 3–5 years in a client-side or master developer environment in the UAE.

Experience

• Familiarity with UAE codes, regulations, and design standards.
• PMP or other project/design management certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Prior experience working on the client side (government or semi-government entities preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
