Estimatiom Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer, located in Abu Dhabi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, evaluating blueprints and technical documents, and ensuring accuracy of project forecasts. They will work closely with design and project teams to support budgeting processes, vendor negotiations, and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

Prior experience of 4 years minimum as an estimation engineer is a must; preferable in swimming pools industry

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in cost estimation and budgeting

Proficiency in reviewing blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation

Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to support collaboration across departments

Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and methods, particularly in swimming pool and water feature projects

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Knowledge of relevant software tools and project management applications is advantageous
