All-Round Beautician Trainer – Job Description Pointers

Key Responsibilities

  • Train students in hair, makeup, nails, skin, and spa basics and advanced techniques.
  • Conduct theory and practical sessions with demonstrations and supervised practice.
  • Develop training modules, lesson plans, and assessments as per institute standards.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in curriculum updates, new course development, and exam preparations.
  • Ensure all practical sessions follow professional salon and beauty industry standards.
  • Support students with portfolio building and job-readiness skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Hairdressing, Makeup, or Nail Technology.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of salon/spa experience + trainer experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in hair styling, coloring, makeup, nail art, skincare, and basic spa treatments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work with students of different skill levels.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and skill development.

Additional Requirements

  • Professional, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to handle multiple batches (theory + practical).
  • Flexible to work on weekends if required.
