Team Leader – Retail / Theme Park Photo Experience

Location: Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Team Leader to support and guide our Retail Sales Associates within the Theme Park Photo Experience team. In this exciting and high-energy environment, you will help drive sales performance, ensure smooth operations, and create exceptional guest experiences through high-quality photography and retail engagement. You will lead by example—motivating the team, maintaining standards, and helping create unforgettable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve sales targets, conversion goals, and excellent guest service.

Warmly engage with guests, capture their best experiences, and promote photo packages and souvenir products.

Oversee daily photo operations including kiosks, POS terminals, and digital photo systems.

Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all times.

Provide on-the-job coaching, product knowledge updates, and performance feedback to team members.

Assist with scheduling, task allocation, and workforce planning during peak hours and special events.

Monitor sales performance, report daily results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Handle guest escalations professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and operational compliance.

Support site management with training new hires and enhancing team engagement.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, or photo operations (lead/shift-in-charge role preferred).Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.Comfortable with photography equipment, POS systems, and digital tools (training provided).

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Passion for entertainment, photography, sales, and guest experience.
