Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves engaging with prospective customers to offer credit card and loan products, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with bank representatives. The selected candidate will also support sales initiatives, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's client acquisition efforts. Compliance with organizational standards and meeting service excellence benchmarks will also form part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products, especially credit cards and loans, is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or banking role is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing objectives.
