We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Barista to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-end hospitality in a corporate and luxury setting. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to clients, guests, and stakeholders during daily operations, property viewings, and company events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and refreshments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and company stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area at all times
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Support hospitality needs during property viewings, launches, and corporate events
  • Interact courteously and professionally with guests, representing the company's brand and values
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or luxury service environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional, presentable appearance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for events and launches
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Relevant certification or training in barista, bartending, or food & beverage service is an advantage
