Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Staff to support daily kitchen operations in our restaurant in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure high-quality food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as required
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Store food items properly according to regulations
- Dispose of waste correctly and keep workstations organized
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and chefs
- Work efficiently during busy hours and support team members
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work long hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to follow UAE health and municipality regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
