Job Summary:

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities related to Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Audio-Visual (AV), and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality products and services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with project specifications and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for ELV, AV, and ICT systems.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure optimal value.
  • Ensure materials ordered conform to the specifications and to the required quality.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation and contracts are up to date and stored appropriately.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of equipment to project sites

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier communications.
  • Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in ELV, AV, or ICT domains.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with technical specifications of ELV/AV/ICT systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, ZOHO Books etc) and MS Office Suite.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
