Viscount Quality Certifications is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to generate new client contracts for our management system certification services. This role involves identifying potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting quarterly revenue targets. The position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new sales leads within assigned territories and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Meet with clients to present our certification services and assess their needs.
  • Prepare and present formal proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all client interactions and pipeline status.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet established quotas.
  • Coordinate with the audit and operations teams to facilitate a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role, with a documented record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in service-based industries such as professional services, consulting, or certification.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
