The Football Academy (TFA) is a niche football academy and professional football club headquartered in Dubai. Focused on local talent, we seek out passionate and committed players, providing FA & UEFA qualified coaching to help them reach the highest levels of football. Since 2016, TFA has trained nearly 1,000 players through our holistic development programs. Our mission is to develop confident, skilled footballers and responsible individuals by offering elite training environments, UEFA-licensed coaching, and international playing opportunities. TFA offers a complete developmental journey, from foundational programs like Little Boots to our elite EPC squads and Pathway2Play initiative, which connects players to trials, scholarships, and clubs across Europe and the U.S.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a [Job Title].
