Technical Lead Water and Wastewater Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority across all emergency water and wastewater projects under the Program Management Services framework.
- Lead technical governance during feasibility, detailed design, and DB and DBO delivery stages.
- Review, validate, and approve technical design deliverables, studies, and submissions to ensure consistency with approved design intent.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, Abu Dhabi authority requirements, and international engineering best practices.
- Provide expert technical input during tender evaluations, contractor design reviews, and technical clarifications.
- Support the resolution of complex technical, engineering, and interface issues across multiple projects.
- Provide technical oversight during construction stages and support commissioning readiness activities.
- Coordinate with PMC teams, designers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical objectives.
- Identify technical risks and support mitigation strategies to protect asset performance, safety, and long-term reliability.

Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 20 years of experience delivering major infrastructure programs, with strong exposure to water, wastewater, and sewage treatment projects.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership or technical authority role.
Proven experience working within PMC or PMO environments on large-scale utility projects.
Strong background in pumping stations, treatment plants, hydraulic systems, and process infrastructure.
Hands-on experience reviewing DB and DBO contractor designs and providing technical assurance.
Demonstrated experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities and regulatory standards.
