Job Description

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team and oversee the scheduling, planning, and coordination of production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient use of resources, maintain product quality standards, and meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure raw materials and packaging availability.
• Monitor production workflow and adjust schedules as needed.
• Track production performance against targets and provide reports to management.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to meet customer demand on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner / Production Coordinator (food industry preferred, chocolate experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
