Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all equipment and facilities. The role plays a key part in supporting uninterrupted business operations through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identifying root causes and solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and spare parts
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and asset history
  • Train staff on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance practices
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
  • Stay current with new technologies and maintenance best practices

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
