We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with an Electrical background to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical control systems, with a particular focus on water treatment or process automation projects.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PLC programs, ensuring system reliability, and supporting installation and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
  • Design and implement control system solutions for water treatment systems
  • Integrate PLC systems with HMI/SCADA interfaces
  • Read and interpret electrical and control schematics
  • Conduct on-site commissioning, maintenance, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming or automation
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens / Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes or industrial automation systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the water treatment or process automation industry
  • Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors, and motor control systems
  • Understanding of electrical panels, VFDs, and control wiring
