Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Process Engineer
to support onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. The role involves leading process engineering deliverables, conducting simulations, performing hydraulic calculations, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • 10+ years of process engineering experience in oil & gas, preferably within the UAE
  • Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, and other simulation tools
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC specifications and international codes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process engineering activities during FEED and detailed design for onshore/offshore projects
  • Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, datasheets, and line sizing
  • Perform process simulations, equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations
  • Design and optimize process systems (separation, compression, dehydration, etc.)
  • Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and process safety studies
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated design delivery
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards

Preferred Skills / Additional Experience

  • Experience in feasibility studies, concept development, and pre-FEED
  • Familiarity with modular design and digital engineering tools
  • Exposure to both upstream and downstream operations
