Senior Associate – Media Production

We are looking for a Senior Associate to support our creative and production operations from concept to delivery (hybrid). The ideal candidate is organized enough to keep projects moving, articulate enough to handle both internal management and external partners, and calm enough to survive onsite production days without combusting
• Coordinate daily with internal leadership, creative teams, and external focal points to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
• Support project managers and directors across pre-production, production, and post-production stages
• Prepare polished presentations, pitch decks, and reports (PowerPoint skills are non-negotiable)
• Manage schedules, timelines, task follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Be physically present on production sites when required to support logistics and ensure alignment
• Track progress, flag risks early, and help troubleshoot issues to keep projects on time and within scope
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist with operational workflows
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support creative development

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience in project coordination, creative operations, production, or related fields
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, presentation design, and overall computer literacy
• Solid understanding of AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflows
• Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience in media, film, digital production, or agency work is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and multitasking abilities
