In this role, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate high-quality parts, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, or Routers) to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and report any material or equipment discrepancies.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role.
  • Experience with ArtCam, or similar
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Precision: Strong mathematical skills and a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
