Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
ELV Technical Engineer
with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The candidate should be proficient in
AutoCAD
for system drawings and hold a valid
SIRA certification (Engineer)
for compliance with security regulations, possess a
UAE driving license
to travel between project sites and be capable of managing the
SIRA portal
for compliance and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, and structured cabling.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using
    AutoCAD
    .
  • Ensure ELV system installations comply with
    SIRA regulations
    and other relevant standards.
  • Handle the
    SIRA portal
    for approvals, registrations, and system compliance submissions.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all ELV installations, maintenance, and compliance audits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site technicians.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
  • Proven experience as an ELV engineer in commercial or residential projects.
  • SIRA certified
    (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    for ELV system drawings.
  • Experience in handling the
    SIRA portal
    (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license
    (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of ELV industry standards and best practices.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
