About the Role

Valeo Health provides at-home diagnostics, wellness treatments, longevity protocols, and virtual medical care across the UAE and KSA. We are looking for a Licensed Dietician who will play a key role in delivering personalised nutrition guidance, evidence-based weight-management support, and an exceptional client experience.

This role is client-facing, requiring a Dietician who enjoys engaging with clients, creating tailored nutrition plans, reviewing lab results, and guiding them through their wellness journey. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition or dietetics, a strong interest in holistic and functional nutrition, and experience supporting clients with weight loss, metabolic health, or lifestyle improvement. Experience with GLP-1 programs, peptides, or integrative wellness is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations for clients enrolled in Valeo's wellness and weight-management programs

Develop personalised diet plans, nutritional guidance, and behaviour-based lifestyle coaching

Review lab results and translate clinical findings into actionable nutrition recommendations

Support GLP-1 and non-GLP-1 clients through structured follow-ups, motivation, and progress tracking

Engage clients via outbound and inbound calls to ensure adherence, retention, and successful outcomes

Participate in telesales activities by explaining programs and supporting lead conversions

Maintain accurate records and update client dashboards daily

Collaborate with medical, product, and wellness teams to build content, protocols, and workshops

Provide insights on client progress to help refine services, improve outcomes, and enhance the overall client journey
Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid UAE Dietician License (DHA) – mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Clinical Nutrition
  • 3+ years of experience in dietetics, weight management, lifestyle medicine, or clinical nutrition
  • Strong communication and client-engagement skills; confident in calls and follow-ups
  • Ability to work toward monthly performance metrics
  • Interest in functional nutrition, longevity, and modern wellness programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and contributing beyond consultations
