Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Real Estate Content Creator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality social media content, videos, and marketing materials that engage audiences and drive leads for our real estate business. You should have experience in content creation, social media management, and storytelling, specifically within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging Instagram reels, TikTok videos, YouTube shorts, and other visual content related to real estate projects, market trends, and lifestyle.

Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of properties, events, and community highlights.

Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance videos using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Cap Cut.

Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Copywriting: Write compelling captions, descriptions, and scripts tailored for real estate audiences.

SEO & Hashtags: Optimize content for reach and engagement, using relevant hashtags and keywords.

Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, Dubai property market insights, and competitor content strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, developers, and marketing teams to create promotional content.

Need to edit 3-6 videos per day.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field (real estate experience preferred).

Skills: Strong videography, photography, and editing skills. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Photoshop.

Creativity: Ability to produce fresh, engaging, and viral-worthy content.

Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with Instagram trends, TikTok algorithms, and YouTube growth strategies.

Language: Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

Personality: Confident, energetic, and passionate about real estate content.
