Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead all marketing operations and brand strategies for Perk Excellence Real Estate. The ideal candidate will oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, build brand authority, generate qualified leads, and enhance the company's reputation as a trusted real estate brand in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Position Perk Excellence as a leading real estate brand in Dubai through innovative and data-driven marketing.
• Define the annual marketing calendar including campaigns, launches, exhibitions, and partnerships.
• Identify market trends, buyer behavior, and emerging platforms to adapt marketing approaches accordingly.

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Lead all online marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and paid campaigns.
• Oversee content strategy and creative direction across all digital platforms (website, portals, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manage lead generation campaigns to attract both local and international clients.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure high ROI and conversion rates.

Branding & Communication

• Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels — digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Oversee the creation of property videos, photography, brochures, and corporate materials.
• Manage PR activities, press releases, and collaborations with media outlets to enhance visibility.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) advertising regulations.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team and external agencies.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Analytics & Reporting

• Define KPIs for brand engagement, lead generation, and campaign success.
• Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to the management.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track impact and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in UAE real estate marketing.
• Proven success in managing real estate marketing campaigns for developers, brokerages, or property consultancies.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
• Excellent understanding of the UAE property market, audience behavior, and marketing regulations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
