Role Overview

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be on the front lines of our service, performing inspections and applying treatments at various residential and commercial sites across Dubai. You will work under the guidance of our Supervisor to ensure effective and safe pest eradication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify pest activity and potential entry points.
  • Treatment Execution: Apply pesticides, baits, and traps safely and effectively according to company protocols.
  • IPM Implementation: Follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to minimize chemical use while maximizing results.
  • Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate logs of all treatments performed, chemicals used, and recommendations for clients.
  • Equipment Care: Ensure all sprayers, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are cleaned and maintained in good working order.
  • Client Communication: Explain the treatment process to clients and provide advice on sanitation and prevention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with various pest control chemicals, sprayers, and safety procedures.
  • Regulation Knowledge: Basic understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) health and safety standards.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical work, including walking, climbing, and working in outdoor environments.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the team and clients (Basic English is required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: AED 2,500.
  • Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance, uniform, and company-provided transportation to sites.
