Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Obstetrician of Chinese background, who is a native Mandarin speaker, to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. This role is ideal for a consultant dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive obstetric care to a growing Mandarin-speaking patient population, while working within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal careManage normal and high-risk pregnancies in line with international best practicesPerform obstetric procedures and deliveries, including operative deliveries and cesarean sectionsConduct outpatient obstetric clinics and inpatient roundsCommunicate effectively with patients and families in Mandarin and EnglishCollaborate closely with neonatologists, midwives, anesthetists, and nursing teamsMaintain accurate medical records in accordance with DHA regulationsParticipate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceSpecialist/Consultant qualification in Obstetrics & GynecologyEligibility for DHA Consultant licensure (or currently licensed)Native-level Mandarin fluency (essential); professional English requiredProven experience as a Consultant ObstetricianStrong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skillsPreferred Skills & AttributesExperience serving international or expatriate patient populationsCulturally sensitive and patient-centered approach to careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamWhat We OfferCompetitive, tax-free remuneration packageSupport with relocation and licensing (where applicable)Modern facilities with advanced obstetric and neonatal supportCollaborative and professional working environmentOpportunity to serve a growing Mandarin-speaking community in Dubai
