About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Zoho Developer / IT Associate to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will take ownership of Zoho application customization, system optimization, and automation initiatives while providing advanced technical support and contributing to continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as a primary technical resource for Zoho applications, including configuration, customization, optimization, and ongoing administration.


• Design, develop, and maintain Zoho Deluge scripts, workflows, integrations, and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.


• Provide Level 2 technical support for Zoho-related issues, including root-cause analysis and resolution.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Zoho solutions.


• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and internal platforms using APIs and web services.
• Contribute to web development and system enhancements using HTML, Java, and other relevant programming or scripting languages.


• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and implement best practices for security and access control.


• Lead and support system upgrades, application deployments, and routine IT maintenance activities.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.


• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the IT team.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance IT solutions and strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

Qualifications & Experience


• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, People, Books, or related modules).


• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, HTML, Java, and other relevant programming languages.


• 3–5 years of experience in Zoho development, IT support, system administration, or application development.


• Good understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, networking concepts, and software troubleshooting.


• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools is highly preferred.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.


• Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
