Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – ADNOC Approved

Location: United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi / onshore)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas (UAE) with ADNOC-project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement QA/QC plans in line with ADNOC / client standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, verify materials, review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site teams and client representatives to ensure quality assurance and control during construction, commissioning or vendor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.

Key Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (depending on discipline).
  • Minimum 3-5 years (or more, depending on seniority) in oil & gas QA/QC roles in UAE Gulf region, preferably with ADNOC projects.
  • ADNOC approval or eligibility for ADNOC approval is strongly preferred or mandatory.
  • Certifications such as CSWIP (3.1/3.2), AWS-CWI, NDT Level II/III, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of welding, material inspection, equipment/fabrication QA/QC, international codes & standards (ASME, API, IEC, etc.) depending on role.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, communication and coordination skills.

Desirable / Added Advantage:

  • Onshore or EPC project experience.
  • Vendor inspection/FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) experience.
