We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager (Female Only) to lead the operations of a new, high-quality early years nursery opening soon in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a strong understanding of early childhood education, compliance with ADEK regulations, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment for children, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring full compliance with ADEK and UAE early years standards and regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of teachers and teaching assistants to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and curriculum aligned with EYFS or other approved early years frameworks.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure clear, professional communication at all times.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and administrative systems.
- Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding standards are maintained across all areas of the nursery.
- Plan and oversee events, activities, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an early years leadership or management role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of ADEK guidelines, EYFS curriculum, and nursery operational standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Female candidates only (as per role requirements).
