Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in Dubai. The Sous Chef will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, oversee food preparation, and manage kitchen staff. This role includes maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and supporting menu development. Additionally, the Sous Chef will help manage inventory, facilitate smooth kitchen operations, and train team members to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen organization
  • Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant culinary education or certification is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an equivalent leadership role in the kitchen
