Role Description

The Web Developer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing websites to support the business objectives of Boon Stay Vacation Homes. Day-to-day tasks include designing intuitive user interfaces, developing and implementing front-end and back-end functionalities, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring website security, and improving overall website performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to build visually appealing and functional web pages.
  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Programming, including database management and server-side programming, with knowledge of languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby.
  • Strong understanding of Web Development principles, responsive design, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience with website optimization to ensure performance, functionality, and security.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS platforms like WordPress is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
