United Arab Emirates Elite Butlers Full time

Elite Butlers is hiring experienced Private Chefs for short-term, event-based assignments in the UAE. Events may range from a single high-profile dinner to multi-day villa celebrations or corporate retreats. The Chef is responsible for delivering exceptional, fine-dining-quality dishes tailored to the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute bespoke menus for the event (Arabic, Indian, Continental, Italian, Japanese, Fusion, Wellness menus).
  • Conduct ingredient planning, purchasing, and vendor coordination (if required).
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP preferred).
  • Handle mise-en-place, batch cooking, and final plating.
  • Conduct live stations (grill, carving, pasta, sushi, tandoor, etc.) if required.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Manage and supervise any commis/assistants allocated for the event.
  • Liaise closely with Butler/Service teams to ensure synchronization.
Experience Required
  • 5–15 years of experience in luxury hotels, standalone fine-dining restaurants, or private chef roles.
  • Previous experience in UAE events / private residences is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive cooking for VIPs.
  • HACCP Level 2/3 certification is an advantage.
