Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai. The Receptionist will manage front desk activities, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence. Other daily responsibilities include performing clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will also provide high-quality customer service and ensure smooth communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette for handling calls professionally and efficiently
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, and managing organizational tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and staff
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
